Our experienced wedding and event coordinators are a part of our inclusive services.Your coordinator will assist you with all of your needs and questions leading up to your event, they will also handle your rehearsal if your ceremony is on site, and will be with you throughout the entire event. In addition to facilitating the flow of your event- your coordinator will also set up all of your personal items, such as favors, photos, etc. and clean up all of your event items and sure they are secured with the appropriate people at the end of the evening.

For over 20 years our in house chef, Felipe and his team have been wowing event attendees with his delicious food and variety of entrees. Whether you would like to serve a buffet, plated meal, or a variety of hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, our reasonably priced catering is sure to make your mouth water. Some of our more popular buffets include Carved Roast and Chicken Breast Buffet, Italian Pasta Buffet, Fajitas, or are Three Meat BBQ buffet.

Our Floral Decorations & Wedding Reception packages includes, coffee, tea and unlimited sodas for all guests. We can customize your event package to include Beer, Wine, and Frozen Cocktails as well as Hard Liquor. One of the benefits of having your event at Shirley Acres is that our Beer, Wine and Frozen Cocktails are served based on consumption. Our experienced event sales people assist you in planning the number of kegs of beer, cases of wine, or batches of frozen cocktails your expected guest count would consume. For those wishing to serve Hard Liquor, we will provide the set-ups (juices, mixers, ice, glassware, etc) and you bring in the hard liquor along with a TABC bartender you contract directly with.

Our professional onsite florist has over 20 years of creating beautiful fresh floral centerpieces and bouquets. Our Floral Decorations & Wedding Reception package ensures all of your guest tables, reserved head tables or sweetheart tables, your guestbook table, buffet, and bar all have beautiful coordinating fresh flower arrangements in the color and style you choose. Our florist is also available to provide beautiful bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres for your bridal party and family members.

Whether you are interested in hiring our DJ partners, Sound Connections or hiring a live band or quartet. Both of Shirley Acres event rooms and our courtyard are equipped with everything you need. Our coordinators will partner with your chosen music professionals to make sure your event flows and the dance floor is packed.
